Flashlights

We warrant that if you purchase one of our flashlights from our website (mankerlightusa.com), and we determine that it is defective in material and/or workmanship within 5 years of the purchase date, we will repair or replace it.

Our warranty does not cover consumables or normal wear-and-tear, or products purchased other than our website (mankerlightusa.com) — things like batteries draining, headbands wearing out, and switches wearing out — or damage resulting from abuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use.

Should you need a replacement product, we reserve the right to replace an obsolete product with a current production, or like model while supplies last. In the event that any issue with your Manker product is not covered under this warranty we can arrange to have the product repaired for a reasonable fee.

Knives

We warrant each and every MankerLight knife purchased from our store (mankerlightusa.com) to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the knife, and we will repair or replace with a new MankerLight knife, at our (MankerLight USA's) option, any MankerLight knife that is defective. MankerLight USA does not warrant its products against normal wear, misuse, purchases from other stores, or product modifications. Do not use your new knife as a screwdriver, pry bar, chisel or punch. Do not throw your knife or use it for any purpose other than cutting. Do not disassemble your knife. Do not sharpen your knife on a power grinding wheel. Any of these acts will void your Warranty.

If your knife was damaged due to misuse, or normal wear and tear, we can analyze the damage and repair it for a reasonable fee. If the knife is unable to be repaired, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new knife for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website.

Disassembly of our products for any reason voids our warranty. We charge $10.00 to reassemble a knife.

If you have a defective flashlight from another website or another authorized distributor, you must contact them directly for assistance.

Simply ship your MankerLight USA product in secure packaging to the address below, postage paid and with delivery tracking. MankerLight USA is not responsible for any product(s) lost in transit to, or from, the MankerLight USA facility.
